About the role

Seeking a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care in home settings, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation based on physician orders. Responsibilities include instructing patients and families on treatment procedures, re-evaluating progress, and advising on the use of assistive devices. The OT collaborates with physicians and other practitioners to optimize care plans.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and adapting treatment plans
• Teaching patients to perform occupational therapy activities
• Using assistive/supportive devices effectively
• Collaborating with healthcare teams for integrated patient care
• Instructing patients and families on treatment procedures
• Re-evaluating progress
• Advising on the use of assistive devices
• Collaborating with physicians and other practitioners to optimize care plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
• Valid Driver's License
• OT Licensure
• No prior experience required
