Occupational Therapist - Full Time, Day Shift

About the role

Develop and implement treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Collaborate as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess patient needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.
• Develop care and discharge plans, communicating effectively with relevant parties.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within specified deadlines.
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants and perform additional related duties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) or foreign equivalent.
• Occupational Therapy licensure in the practicing state.
• CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Preferred: Two years of occupational therapy experience.
