Occupational Therapist - Full Time, Day Shift

Role Overview

The Occupational Therapist (OT) plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions. They serve as co-leaders within interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring effective therapy interventions using appropriate techniques and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations to assess patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy interventions aligned with clinical standards.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within designated deadlines.
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants and coordinate care with relevant parties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient recovery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); licensure in the practice state.
• Preferred: Two years of occupational therapy experience.
• Certifications: Valid state licensure, CPR/BLS certification.
