Occupational Therapist - Full Time, Day Shift

About the Role

Responsible for planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Acts as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); licensure in practice state; foreign equivalent acceptable.
• Minimum of two years' occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Licensure and certification in Occupational Therapy and CPR/BLS from approved vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess patient needs, utilizing clinical techniques and tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans, communicating effectively with relevant parties.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within required deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants and perform additional related duties as needed.
