Occupational Therapist - Full-time, Day Shift

About the Role

Provides occupational therapy to improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions through tailored treatment programs. Acts as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.
• Ensures clear communication of care and discharge plans.
• Completes accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned therapy assistants.
• Performs additional related duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, with licensure in the practice state.
• Preferred: Two years of occupational therapy experience.
• Required certifications: Occupational Therapy licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
