Occupational Therapist - Full-time, Day Shift

About the role

Provides occupational therapy services by planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Serves as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized care plans are developed, implemented, and communicated effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations to assess patient needs and establishing personalized treatment plans.
• Administering therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.
• Developing and communicating care and discharge plans.
• Completing accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervising assigned assistants and performing other related duties.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD).
• Licensure in the practice state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred two years of occupational therapy experience.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with vaccination policies.
• Participation in E-Verify.
