Occupational Therapist Assistant - Per Diem

About the Role

Provides home-based occupational therapy to help patients restore their physical abilities while adhering to state laws and treatment plans set by supervising occupational therapists.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and treatment plans established by supervising OTs.
• Instruct and assist patients within the scope of practice.
• Monitor and report patient responses and changes in condition.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Adapt to diverse home environments regardless of client background.

Requirements

• Current OT Assistant licensure in Washington.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Preferred: CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Pay

Total annual pay ranges from $61,557 to $92,336, including per-visit point pay and hourly rates, based on productivity and experience.
