Occupational Therapist Assistant - Per Diem

About the Role

Provide home-based occupational therapy to help patients restore their physical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and treatment plans set by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Instruct and aid patients, families, and caregivers within your scope of practice.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses and changes in condition.
• Adapt to diverse home environments regardless of patient background.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in Washington.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or reliable transportation.
• Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.

Skills

• Ability to deliver evidence-based therapy.
• Work independently in varied home settings.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and patients.
• Adhere to legal and safety standards.
