About the Role
Provide home-based occupational therapy to help patients restore their physical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Follow state laws and treatment plans set by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Instruct and aid patients, families, and caregivers within your scope of practice.
- Observe, record, and report patient responses and changes in condition.
- Adapt to diverse home environments regardless of patient background.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in Washington.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or reliable transportation.
- Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
Skills
- Ability to deliver evidence-based therapy.
- Work independently in varied home settings.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and patients.
- Adhere to legal and safety standards.
