Occupational Therapy Assistant - Per Diem

Job Overview The role involves assisting licensed Occupational Therapists in delivering individualized treatment programs for patients across all age groups. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, documenting patient progress, and administering appropriate modalities and exercises in accordance with departmental policies. The position requires knowledge of special needs and behaviors for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Additional duties involve participating in departmental education and performing miscellaneous tasks as directed. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant programCurrent license or eligibility for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantPreferred one year of experience, but new graduates are consideredCurrent BLS certification Must perform duties in a professional, compassionate manner aligned with organizational standards and values, supporting patient care and departmental goals.
