Job Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to patients directly
- Dedicate 60% of time to supervising and teaching residents
- Affiliate with the Program Director on program accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching
- Serve as a member of residency committees such as the program evaluation committee and clinical competency committee
- Perform additional academic and clinical duties as assigned by the program director
Requirements
- PhD-level psychologist
- Experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Qualifications
- Both clinical and educational experience, including teaching and supervising learners
- Experience in academic medicine
- Strong communication skills
