The Supervisor, Patient Care Services for the Intensive Care unit at Sentara Louise Obici Hospital is seeking a leader who can oversee all patient care activity on their assigned nursing unit(s).

Responsibilities

• Supports the manager in overseeing all patient care activity on their assigned nursing unit(s).
• Ensures high standards of care.
• Covers night hours leadership.
• Facilitates communication between medical teams.
• Aids in the training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse License.
• 2 years of nursing experience.
• 1 year of nursing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in critical care, ICU, or CCRN preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
