Nursing Services Manager

Summary

Under the direction of the Director or VP Patient Care Services - Community Hospital, is responsible for the organization, implementation, development, and physician alignment necessary to provide world-class patient services. This role establishes and sustains a patient-centered focus, achieving administrative, clinical, and financial goals in alignment with Parkview Health and its partners, physicians, and leadership. Responsible for operational and clinical areas as assigned.

Education

• Must have a BSN from an accredited program (CCNE, ACEN, or CNEA)
• MSN from an accredited program preferred

Licensure & Certification

• Valid Registered Nurse License required for the State where services will be provided
• Must have current CPR certification

Experience

• Five years of progressive clinical experience in the health care field
• 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience

Other Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
