We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- A LITTLE ABOUT US: description of organization, mission, etc. This could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. But we have "A LITTLE ABOUT US" which is about company. Could be considered "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map sections accordingly.
We have:
- About the role: maybe the "Job Description" paragraph: "The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for the Wellness Coordination program as well as supervising and managing nursing operations in a select area. This position develops and monitors the oversight of medical policies and procedures used within Dungarvin and ensures they meet all licensing requirements. The Nursing Services Manager will assure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management resulting in optimal health."
Also "WHAT YOU GET TO DO:" list of duties.
Thus we can have:

About the role
... (job description)
Then Responsibilities: list from "WHAT YOU GET TO DO:" bullet points. Then Requirements: maybe "Qualifications MUST HAVES:" and "NICE TO HAVE:"? Actually Requirements could be mandatory qualifications. We'll put "Requirements" for must-haves. Qualifications: maybe we could combine? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. The instruction says we can use those headings. We need to decide what to put where. Usually Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = maybe education/training? But we have "Qualifications MUST HAVES:" and "NICE TO HAVE:" plus "SKILLS CRITICAL FOR SUCCESS:" which could be Skills. Thus: - Requirements: Mandatory qualifications (Active Indiana RN License, Strong Communication Skills, Supervisory Experience, Valid Driver’s License, Successful Background Clearance). - Qualifications: Nice-to-have? Or maybe we could treat "Qualifications" as the nice-to-have list. But we already have Skills section for skills critical for success. So we could put "Qualifications" for nice-to-have (IDD/DD Nursing Experience, etc). And "Skills" for the skills critical for success list. - Benefits: list from "WE OFFER:" includes compensation, work environment, team culture, work schedule, travel requirement, retirement plan, company-provided hardware and cellphone stipend, time away, insurance & health, employee perks, job mobility, mileage reimbursement, paid training and orientation. - Pay: we have compensation: $71,335.76 Annually Fixed Rate plus $5,000 retention bonus. So we need a Pay section. - Schedule: Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST, management of triage on-call rotation, NO weekends. We also have Travel Requirement etc. Could be part of Benefits or maybe separate but not required heading. We'll include under Benefits. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics. We must not include duplicated lines, boilerplate like EEO etc. At end: "IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Dungarvin, Compass, Cambrian are equal opportunity employers. 9/17 #DINJ" - that's boilerplate EEO, remove. Also remove navigation etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:About the role
