We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
First part: "A LITTLE ABOUT US:" then description. That's about the organization, not necessarily "About the role". Could be used for "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections based on content.
We have sections:
- About the role: maybe the "Job Description" paragraph: "The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for the Wellness Coordination program as well as supervising and managing nursing operations in a select area. This position develops and monitors the oversight of medical policies and procedures used within Dungarvin and ensures they meet all licensing requirements. The Nursing Services Manager will assure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management resulting in optimal health."
- Responsibilities: the "WHAT YOU GET TO DO:" bullet list items.
- Requirements: maybe "Qualifications MUST HAVES:" list.
- Qualifications: maybe "NICE TO HAVE:" list.
- Skills: "SKILLS CRITICAL FOR SUCCESS:" list.
- Benefits: "WE OFFER:" includes compensation, work environment, team culture, work schedule, travel requirement, retirement plan, hardware stipend, time away, insurance & health, employee perks, job mobility, mileage reimbursement, paid training.
- Pay: compensation details: "$71,335.76 Annually Fixed Rate plus $5,000 retention bonus". That's specific.
- Schedule: "Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST, management of triage on-call rotation, NO weekends". Also travel requirement maybe separate but schedule section can include work schedule.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real specifics.
We must not duplicate lines.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. At end there is "IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Dungarvin, Compass, Cambrian are equal opportunity employers. 9/17 #DINJ". Remove.
Also remove "Job Description" heading? We'll not output that as heading; we will embed content under appropriate sections.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:

And Benefits section without compensation line. Let's adjust Benefits list removing compensation line. Also ensure we don't duplicate other items. Now check for any other sections: Schedule we already have work schedule in Benefits? We moved schedule to Benefits? Actually we included Work Schedule in Benefits list. Better to move schedule to Schedule section. So Benefits will not contain schedule. We'll have Schedule section. Thus:Schedule
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST, management of triage on-call rotation, NO weekends
Travel requirement maybe could be part of Benefits or separate? Not a standard heading; we could keep under Benefits as travel requirement. That's fine.
