Nursing Services Manager
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, equal opportunity, etc). Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes compensation: $71,335.76 Annually Fixed Rate plus $5,000 retention bonus. That's pay info. Also schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST, management of triage on-call rotation, NO weekends. Travel requirement etc. Benefits: Retirement plan, hardware, cellphone stipend, PTO, insurance, etc. So we can have Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. We also have About the role (the "A LITTLE ABOUT US" and "Job Description" maybe). Responsibilities: the "WHAT YOU GET TO DO:" list. Requirements: maybe "MUST HAVES" and "NICE TO HAVE"? Usually Requirements = must haves. Qualifications maybe also? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). We need to decide what to put where. We have content: "Job Description" paragraph about role. Could be About the role. Responsibilities: list under WHAT YOU GET TO DO. Requirements: MUST HAVES. Qualifications: maybe NICE TO HAVE? Or we could combine? But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can put MUST HAVES under Requirements, and NICE TO HAVE under Qualifications. Skills: there is "SKILLS CRITICAL FOR SUCCESS" list. That's Skills section. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: compensation. Schedule: work schedule and travel? Travel maybe part of schedule? Could include travel under Schedule or separate? The instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content. Travel is mentioned under Work Environment etc. Could be part of Schedule or maybe we could add a Work Environment section but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings list includes Schedule, we can put travel and work schedule there. We must not include boilerplate like equal opportunity etc. Also remove "IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Dungarvin, Compass, Cambrian are equal opportunity employers. 9/17 #DINJ". Remove that. Also remove "Job Description" heading? We'll not output that as heading; we will put its content under About the role
. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: About the role: The "A LITTLE ABOUT US:" paragraph plus maybe the Job Description paragraph: "The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for the Wellness Coordination program as well as supervising and managing nursing operations in a select area. This position develops and monitors the oversight of medical policies and procedures used within Dungarvin and ensures they meet all licensing requirements. The Nursing Services Manager will assure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management resulting in optimal health." We can combine. Responsibilities: The list under "WHAT YOU GET TO DO:" with bullet points. Requirements: "MUST HAVES:" list. Qualifications: "NICE TO HAVE:" list. Skills: "SKILLS CRITICAL FOR SUCCESS:" list. Benefits: list under "WE OFFER:" after compensation? Actually "WE OFFER:" includes compensation, work environment, team culture, work schedule, travel requirement, retirement plan, hardware stipend, time away, insurance & health, employee perks, job mobility, mileage reimbursement, paid training and orientation. We'll separate Pay, Schedule, Benefits. Pay: "Compensation: $71,335.76 Annually Fixed Rate plus $5,000 retention bonus" Schedule: "Work Environment: Onsite in either Bloomington, Seymour or Evansville Team Culture: A supportive team culture fostering adaptability, continuous learning, and innovation. Focus on work-life balance for a fulfilling and sustainable career. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST, management of triage on-call rotation, NO weekends Travel Requirement: Approximately 70% travel, primarily throughout Southern Indiana, including Evansville, Seymour and Bloomington, though some overnight travel may be required" We could separate Work Environment and Team Culture maybe but we only have Schedule heading. Could include all that under Schedule. Benefits: Retirement Plan, Company-Provided Hardware and Cellphone Stipend, Time Away, Insurance & Health, Employee Perks, Job Mobility, Mileage Reimbursement, PAID training and orientation. We need to format as
- for lists.
We must not repeat job title. Not include headings for minor metadata.
