About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Assistant Manager to advocate for resource allocation that promotes safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care aligned with current standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing performance improvement initiatives and ensure staff accountability and competency.
- Provide staff feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and foster professional growth.
- Support staff participation, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure ethical conduct.
- Collaborate on operational activities such as staffing, patient care models, and ensuring a safe environment for all.
- Participate in quality improvement, data analysis, and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Manage resources efficiently while balancing patient needs, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance care delivery and patient throughput.
- Promote professional development, participate in leadership activities, and represent nursing in the community.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, preferably with a BSN.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year in leadership preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, performance improvement, and accreditation standards.
- Current RN licensure, with specialty certification within 6 months of eligibility, and BLS certification.
