Nursing Services Assistant Manager - Full Time - Nights

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Assistant Manager to advocate for resource allocation that promotes safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care aligned with current standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing performance improvement initiatives and ensure staff accountability and competency.
• Provide staff feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and foster professional growth.
• Support staff participation, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure ethical conduct.
• Collaborate on operational activities such as staffing, patient care models, and ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Participate in quality improvement, data analysis, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Manage resources efficiently while balancing patient needs, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance care delivery and patient throughput.
• Promote professional development, participate in leadership activities, and represent nursing in the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, preferably with a BSN.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year in leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, performance improvement, and accreditation standards.
• Current RN licensure, with specialty certification within 6 months of eligibility, and BLS certification.
