About the role

The Clinical Assistant Manager oversees nursing staff and unit operations to ensure efficient, safe, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management on quality improvement initiatives
• Provide staff feedback, evaluations, and support professional development
• Ensure staffing levels meet unit needs and maintain a safe environment
• Participate in performance improvement activities and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience and one year in leadership roles
• Knowledge of healthcare standards, performance improvement, and organizational systems
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification
• Specialty certification within six months of hire
