Nursing Services Assistant Manager - Full Time - Night Shift

About the Role

The Clinical Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in promoting safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care while supporting shared decision-making and professional autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in personnel management, budget oversight, strategic planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide staff feedback, evaluations, and foster professional development.
• Ensure staff maintain competencies.
• Create an engaging team environment.
• Manage staffing levels and optimize patient care models.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support patient satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with leadership on unit operations, quality improvement, resource management, and compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience, including leadership or charge nurse experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare systems, performance improvement, accreditation standards, and financial management.
• Licensure as an RN and BLS certification required.
• Specialty certifications should be obtained within six months of eligibility.
