Nursing Manager (RN) - Emergency Department

Position Summary: This role supports emergency department operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff performance within the designated environment and shift. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care according to policies and protocols.Supervise associate performance, coach staff, and manage team responsibilities.Oversee departmental budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.Develop staff competencies, facilitate team building, and lead change initiatives.Assist with recruitment, HR policies, and associate access to care systems.Take on Clinical Lead duties as needed and support operational efficiency.Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement efforts. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or related field; actively enrolled candidates considered.Minimum 3 years' related experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience; preferred 5 years' experience with 3 years in leadership.Current Arizona RN license.Knowledge of team building, systems thinking, problem solving, data analysis, and change management.Proficient in computer skills.
