About the role
The Manager Nursing oversees a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Leading the execution of divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives with clear targets and effective communication.
- Directing the development and implementation of processes that align with organizational policies and best practices.
- Approving opportunities to enhance practices and optimize outcomes using expertise and insights.
- Managing team performance to ensure service excellence.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Include a Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing
- At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 1 year in a clinical specialty recognized by ANCC or similar organizations.
- Valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
