Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Manager to lead and support nursing operations across multiple departments within our facility. The ideal candidate is a positive, strong communicator and collaborative leader who is passionate about rural healthcare and committed to advancing clinical excellence, patient safety, and staff development. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day oversight and leadership of nursing staff and patient care servicesCollaborate with nursing leadership and providers to optimize workflow and staffingEnsure compliance with regulatory standards Promote evidence-based practices, quality improvement initiatives, and patient satisfactionOversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff education/trainingMonitors and supports staffing needs as needed.Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staffParticipate in budgeting, policy development, and hospital committees as assignedServe as a resource and mentor to nurses across various departmentsParticipate in department quality measures, data collection and presentation.
