Position Summary Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures and helping maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment. As a member of the Float Pool, you'll have the opportunity to support different patient care areas based on staffing and operational needs. 💼 Work Information 🏥 Department: Central Staffing | Nursing Assistant Float Pool☀️ Shift: Days💼 Status: Full-Time | 36 hours/week🔄 Work Environment: Float Pool | Supports multiple patient care areas based on staffing needs🤝 Role Focus: Direct patient support, basic physical care, comfort measures and maintaining a safe and organized patient care environment Qualifications 🎓 Education High School Diploma or GED requiredPost-high-school specialized training preferred 📋 Experience, Licensure & Certification Candidates Must Meet One Of The Following Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience, ORValid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license Additionally BLS required ⭐ Additional Requirements Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
