Nursing Assistant - Float Pool - Full-Time

About the role

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nursing Assistant (NA) responsible for providing patient-centered care and daily living assistance under supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and emotional support
• Recording vital signs and basic health information
• Collecting non-invasive biological specimens as needed
• Performing clerical tasks related to patient scheduling and documentation
• Preparing and cleaning treatment areas and medical equipment
• Providing one-on-one patient care when necessary for safety and well-being

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred, with required state registry compliance
• Ability to maintain department-specific competencies and certifications
• Strong attention to detail, compassion, and ability to perform routine clinical tasks

Pay

Salary range of $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
