Nurse Supervisor Full Time

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure residents receive appropriate, high-quality care
• Maintain clinical documentation and medication administration
• Aid with admissions, discharges, and change-of-condition assessments
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Address staff and resident concerns as needed

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
