Nurse Supervisor - Full Time

Role Overview

The Nursing Supervisor is a registered nurse responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks within the nursing department during evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct nursing functions, ensuring quality patient care
• Make staffing decisions, arrange coverage, and collaborate on patient placement
• Support departmental operations during off-hours and communicate effectively with staff
• Manage resource teams and handle disciplinary actions when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
• Assist with hiring and staff management activities
• Perform other assigned duties to support departmental goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, with preferred critical care background
• Current RN license and CPR certification
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Previous leadership experience preferred
