About the role
The NICU Neonatal Nurse Practitioner manages patients in the NICU under the direction and indirect supervision of the Medical Director and/or their designees and the Nursing Director according to the established nursing standardized procedures. This role is a leadership position in the department and the individual is responsible for effective time management, resource utilization, and demonstration of positive role modeling.

Requirements
- Current California RN license
- Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (maintain current at all times)
- Certification as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- Demonstrated clinical competence and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to present self in a positive and professional manner
- Will consider experience as a Physician Assistant
Qualifications
Preferred: Master’s degree.

Pay
$62.20 - $99.52 hourly
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.
