Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients, store personnel, and the health care community to enhance practice building and continuity of care.

• Deliver the highest quality health care within The Little Clinic's scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and ensure a safe and quality-based healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with regional management in participating in community events to promote TLC and manage clinic inventory and order supplies.
• Manage customer experience surveys, participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings, and support the mentor program.
• Attend ongoing education seminars and present a neat, well-groomed image in compliance with The Little Clinic's dress code.
• Perform operational duties and responsibilities as assigned by the regional management, including float coverage.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must have completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience).
• One year of experience in healthcare.
• Active license, American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification, and all necessary state credentials.
• Board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C); or physician assistant (PA-C), where eligible.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
