Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the role

Seeking a full-time healthcare provider to manage a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via telehealth. Responsibilities include providing evidence-based primary care, performing in-office procedures, collaborating with clinical teams through daily huddles, and engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds. The role requires obtaining state licensure for virtual care in multiple states and maintaining clinical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel, providing comprehensive care for a variety of needs
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team collaboration
• Perform in-office procedures as trained
• Obtain additional licensure for virtual care across states as needed

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years, or 1 year plus a fellowship/urgent care experience
• Licensed in Washington at start date

Pay

Base salary ranges from $146,100 to $174,700, with additional pay based on experience.
