Nurse Practitioner - In-home Visits

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home visits assessing overall health, reviewing medication and medical history, and conducting physical evaluations without prescribing medication or altering treatment plans.
• Identify barriers to care and educate members to promote better health management.

Qualifications & Skills

• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Willingness to enroll in Medicaid if needed
• Able to work independently as a 1099 contractor
• Strong communication skills
• Comfort in home environments

Compensation & Schedule

• Earn up to $2,500-$4,000 weekly
• Flexible shifts available any day of the week
• Additional incentives offered based on availability and diagnostic tests
• Schedule is flexible, with pre-scheduled visits
• Travel expenses may be covered
