Nurse Practitioner - In-home Visits

About the role

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments focused on overall health and identifying care barriers
• Review medication and medical history
• Perform physical evaluations without prescribing medication or ordering tests

Requirements

• State licensure required
• Willingness to enroll in Medicaid preferred
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule

Pay

Earn up to $2,500–$4,000 weekly, with increased rates via market multiplier and pay-per-test options.

Schedule

Shifts are available any day of the week; no nights or weekends required.
