Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Performing 45-minute in-home health evaluations
• Reviewing medical histories and conducting physical assessments
• Administering diagnostic tests as ordered
• Building rapport with patients and connecting them to appropriate care
• Traveling within designated areas and conducting virtual visits
• Providing diagnostic and preventive services, ensuring safety in diverse home environments

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unrestricted license(s) with board certification
• Preferred multi-state licenses
• Comfort with performing assessments in varied home settings
• Strong communication and empathetic engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and flexibly

Additional Information

Part-time employees receive select benefits, malpractice insurance, supplies, and perks. Pay ranges from $41.85 to $90.13 per hour, based on experience, location, and other factors.
