The Nurse Manager oversees daily operations of the Med/Surg unit, ensuring efficient, safe, and high‑quality nursing care aligned with current standards.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- BSN or equivalent required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- National certification in specialty within one year.
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
- Minimum five years of recent nursing experience, including 2 years of clinical hospital leadership experience; previous leadership experience preferred.
