Responsibilities
- Allocate resources and analyze clinical, human resource, and financial data for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
- Support integration of research into clinical practice.
Requirements
- BSN or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure.
- Obtain national certification within one year of hire.
- Maintain BLS certification.
- Minimum five years of recent nursing experience, including two years in clinical leadership.
