About the Role

The Nurse Manager oversees daily operations of the Med/Surg Unit, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care aligned with current standards. This role supports decision-making using clinical, human resource, and financial data while ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Current RN licensure.
• National certification in nursing leadership within one year of hire.
• At least five years of recent nursing experience.
• Minimum of two years in clinical leadership.
