Role Overview

Responsible for daily operations of the Med/Surg Unit, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for resource allocation

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Must hold current RN licensure and obtain national certification within one year
• Minimum five years of recent nursing experience, including two years in clinical leadership
• BLS certification required
