About the role
The Pharmacy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medication management and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medication therapy management services to patients
- Administer medications and provide patient education
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with industry standards
Requirements
- Current license to practice pharmacy in the state
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
