Manager, Inpatient Nursing

Location: Novato, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $204,464 – $327,142 annually.

Responsibilities

• Manages operational and clinical nursing leadership for inpatient departments
• Establishes and communicates operational objectives to ensure efficient patient care delivery
• Guides staff engagement and fosters a culture of teamwork within the department
• Directs continuous improvement efforts using Lean methodologies
• Ensures compliance with relevant healthcare standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• RN-Registered Nurse of California
• 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare leadership
• Demonstrates clinical proficiency to coordinate patient care effectively
• Ability to manage budgets and understand the healthcare financial environment
