Nurse Manager II – (L&D)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit
Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams
Manage staffing, resources, and budgets
Handle patient concerns and improve care delivery processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of L&D leadership experience (ANM or Department Manager)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred
• Active California RN License
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Experience in high-volume L&D units (400+ deliveries/month)

• Up to 15% annually
• Relocation: Available

Salary: USD $2,39,000 – $2,51,000 / yr
