Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with ADLs, vital signs, mobility, comfort, and hygiene
- Perform basic nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection
- Accurately document care and communicate updates to the nursing team
- Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery
- Maintain infection control, manage equipment, and ensure a safe environment
- Engage in learning opportunities, provide ideas for care improvement, and collaborate on personal development plans
Qualifications & Skills
- Current CNA certification and enrollment in an accredited nursing program
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in progress
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
