About the Role
As a Nurse Extern, you will be an integral part of the nursing team, gaining hands-on experience and supporting patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitoring vital signs
- Performing basic nursing procedures
- Documenting care
- Educating patients and families
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Collaborating with the team to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited nursing program
- Possess a CNA certification
- Have or obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days
Qualifications
An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
