Career Paths

• Sales Leadership - Start from Leader In Training and advance to Assistant Manager or Management Trainee.
• Store, Area, and District Managers hired from within the Management Training Program.
• Support roles such as Operations, Freight, and Store Support, Visual Merchandising, Seamstress/Tailor.

Responsibilities

Sales Teammate:

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.

Operations, Freight, and Store Support:

• Manage promotions and ensure signage is displayed appropriately.
• Complete pulls and markdowns.
• Help with the hiring and onboarding process.
• Complete Guest Transactions by operating the Point of Sales.
• Aid operations manager as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.

Visual Merchandising Partner:

• Discuss and plan store layouts with store leadership.
• Create design flow of the merchandise including product rotation and markdown placement.
• Educate the reasons driving visual strategies to Buckle leadership.

Seamstress/Tailor:

• Perform alterations using Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies.
• Work 2-5 hours per week.
