Responsibilities
- Sales Teammate: Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, answer questions about the store and merchandise, recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
- Operations, Freight, and Store Support: Manage promotions, complete pulls and markdowns, assist with the hiring and onboarding process, complete Guest transactions, and maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
- Seamstress/Tailor: Perform alterations using Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies, typically working 2-5 hours per week.
