Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Work directly with Guests, recommending, selecting, and locating merchandise.
- Support store management with recruiting, training, and development.
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy, including visual merchandising, sales demonstrations, and coaching.
- Ensure sales floor coverage and contribute to the store's success.
Sales Teammate:
- Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
- Answer questions about the store and its merchandise.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
Operations, Freight, and Store Support:
- Manage promotions and ensure signage is displayed appropriately.
- Complete pulls and markdowns.
- Help with the hiring and onboarding process.
- Operate the Point of Sales system and assist operations managers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
Visual Merchandising Partner:
- Discuss and plan store layouts with store leadership.
- Create design flows for merchandise, including product rotation and markdown placement.
- Educate Buckle leadership on the reasons driving visual strategies.
Seamstress/Tailor:
- Perform alterations using Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies.
- Work 2-5 hours per week.
