Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Work directly with Guests, recommend and select merchandise, support recruiting, training, and development, contribute to sales strategy, and assist with visual merchandising.
- Sales Teammate: Greet Guests, answer questions about the store and merchandise, recommend and select merchandise, and assist with locating or obtaining items.
- Operations, Freight, and Store Support: Manage promotions, complete pulls and markdowns, assist with hiring and onboarding, check accuracy of shipping documents, and maintain a clean, organized store.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with store leadership to plan store layouts, rotate products, and place markdowns. Educate on visual merchandising strategies.
- Seamstress/Tailor: Perform alterations using Buckle-provided equipment and supplies, typically working 2-5 hours per week.
Qualifications
Positive attitude, passion, and a desire to work in a dynamic retail environment. Strong communication skills, ability to handle customer inquiries, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
