About the role

We are currently hiring for Sales and Support positions in the following areas:

• Women’s Apparel
• Shoes
• Lingerie
• Accessories
• Men’s Apparel

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Pay

Sales positions: $13.35 hourly. Commission varies by department—apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%, while Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3%. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
