Hiring Event Instructions

- Bringing a copy of your resume is welcome but not required.
- Allow approximately 1 hour for the interview process.
- On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles.
About the Role
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Sales: Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Lingerie, Kidswear, Active & Shoes
- Support: Fulfillment, Retail Cashier & Sales Floor Support
Responsibilities
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics roles only).
Pay
The pay ranges below are provided in compliance with state-specific laws. Pay offers depend on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Sales: $16.85 hourly
- Support: $17.45 - $18.15 hourly

Commission for selling employees varies based on merchandise sold. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3% commission.
