Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head
• Regularly lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

Sales positions: $14.00 per hour. Commission varies by department—apparel, shoes, and accessories typically range from 3% to 14.5%, while Beauty and Men’s Fragrance roles typically receive 3%. Pay offers depend on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
