• No need to schedule in advance; join at any time during the event for an interview.
• Upon arrival, follow signs for the hiring event location or ask any Nordstrom employee for directions.
• Bringing a resume is welcome but not required.
• Allow approximately 1 hour for the interview process.
• On‑the‑spot job offers will be made for most roles.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics only).

Pay

• Sales: $13.20/hour
• Support: $16.65 – $17.35/hour
• Commission for selling employees varies: Apparel, shoes, and accessories typically range from 3% to 14.5%; Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales typically receive 3%.
• Pay offers depend on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
