Physical requirements

• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head
• Regularly lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

• Sales: $13.60 hourly
• Customer Service: $19.00 – $19.80 hourly
• Commission for selling employees varies by merchandise: 3%–14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories; 3% for Beauty and Men’s Fragrance
