About the role

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling merchandise and assisting customers. The role requires continuous movement, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching. You will frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Use a variety of technology and computer applications
• Handle merchandise, including reaching, lifting, and carrying bulky or awkwardly shaped items
• Assist customers with their needs
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including:
• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Regularly lifting items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head

Pay

• Sales: $13.10 hourly
• Stock & Fulfillment: $16.20 - $16.85 hourly
• Commission for selling employees varies by merchandise:
• Apparel, shoes, and accessories: 3% to 14.5%
• Beauty and Men’s Fragrance: 3%
